SHIPPING POLICY
Each and every single piece is crafted individually by hand.
Ready to wear jewelry shipped within 1-3 business days.
All other jewels are custom made to order and will take time to design and craft, most pieces take one week to craft and a few more days to be ready for shipping.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
We ship via express shipping services, which are insured and provide a tracking number. Shipping usually takes 3-7 business days to arrive, but please note that
delivery time is estimated, delay may occur by post, custom or holiday.
For deliveries outside of Israel, customs may charge import fees, VAT, or other taxes. These charges are the customer's responsibility. To find out if this applies to you, we recommend checking with your local customs office.
EXCHANGE POLICY & RETURNS
Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Each piece of our jewelry is meticulously handcrafted using unique and authentic materials sourced from the Land of Israel.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange your order.
All exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your items. To qualify, items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt. For returns
please let us know within 3 days after receiving the item. We will send you the return address and will refund the price you had paid, not including the shipping fee, once we receive the piece back.
Pack your item securely and use a trackable shipping method (like UPS or FedEx). Keep your Return Tracking Number for your records, and consider insuring items for their full value.
Warranty
We offer a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects, covering issues such as broken clasps or broken stones. This warranty does not cover damage due to improper care. We recommend cleaning with a soft cloth and avoid exposure to harsh chemicals or direct sunlight. To make a claim, please contact us with your purchase details.
